Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SignedBid, quoting and estimating software provided by SignedBid. By creating an account or using the public quote pages, you agree to them.

The service

SignedBid lets contractors build branded quotes and send them for e-signature. Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of their price book, quotes, and representations made to their customers. SignedBid computes totals from the numbers a contractor enters — it does not verify pricing, code compliance, or job scope.

E-signatures

When a homeowner signs a quote through SignedBid, that signature is intended to be legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable state UETA law. SignedBid records the signer's name, an image of the signature, IP address, approximate location, and timestamp as the audit trail for that approval.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Creem on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on plan. Trials run for 30 days or the first 5 quotes, whichever comes first, and require no card up front. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of your current paid period and won't be charged again.

Annual plans: Because annual is a larger up-front commitment, we offer a prorated refund for unused months on request. Email [email protected] and we'll review it.

Changed your mind right after upgrading? If you upgrade from a trial to a paid plan and change your mind, contact us within 7 days for a full refund — no questions asked.

Acceptable use

Don't use SignedBid to send fraudulent quotes, misrepresent who you are, or attempt to circumvent the security of the platform or another contractor's account.

Disclaimer & liability

SignedBid is provided “as is.” We work to keep the service available and the math correct, but we're not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, including disputes between a contractor and their customer.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
